Introduction

This glossary has been put together building upon the efforts of many others. In particular we should like to credit the Civil Renewal Unit at the Home Office (http://www.active-citizen.org) and the National Coalition for Dialogue and Deliberation (http://www.thataway.org).

We do not pretend that this is a complete list. Indeed our collective interpretation of all these terms is constantly changing. For that reason we have made them available on the Involve wiki for on-going development and amendment.
