How to use this site

This site is easy to use. If you are an unregistered user simply click on the "sign up" button at the top right of the screen and follow the instructions. If you are already a registered user you may wish to:

Change your password

Go to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Your Space' button. Then click on the 'Edit profile' button. Then click on the 'Password' button. You can now reset your password to whatever you like.

Provide information about yourself

Click on your name on the front page of the site. Now click on the edit button in the upper right corner of the screen. Now fill in your details and click save.
